This Privacy Policy is provided by A10 Strategy LTD (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), the legal entity operating the AIO Strategy service.
Data Collection and Use
The Operator collects business-related information provided during signup and onboarding to operate and provide the Service.
Data is not shared between customers and is not used to train proprietary AI models.
Third-Party Processing
User inputs are processed via third-party AI providers, primarily OpenAI. The Operator does not control third-party data usage policies, which may change over time.
Billing data is processed by Paddle. Full payment details are not stored by the Operator.
Infrastructure hosting is provided by third-party providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS).
GDPR and Global Compliance
For EU and UK users, the Operator acts as a data processor. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of data by contacting Info@aiostrategy.ai.
Data Retention
- Usage logs: 30 to 180 days
- AI inputs and outputs: up to 24 months
- Billing data: retained by Paddle
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented. No system is fully secure.
Children
The Service is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age.
